FNCB Bank celebrated the official grand opening of its new full-service community office at 1150 Route 315, Plains Township in June 2018 with a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Bank staff, board members, elected officials and customers. 

The exterior design incorporates a combination of metals and natural materials on the façade which were carried through to the interior space. The modern technical elements of the bank combined with the timeless elevation make this building distinct to the area.

Richland 315 Office Building

Richland 315 will feature a new glass office building totaling 53,000 SF of class A office space.  This project will be located in a prominent location between Scranton, PA and Wilkes-Barre, PA and will offer panoramic views of the Wyoming Valley.  

Keystone Structural Group provided structural engineering services for this project.  The superstructure features a steel frame with masonry shear stair and elevator tower walls used to resist lateral forces.

Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2019.

Arena Hub 2018 Tornado Rebuild – Wilkes-Barre, PA

Damage: Approximately $18 Million

On June 15, 2018 an EF2 tornado struck the heart of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania’s commerce center and caused at least $18 million dollars in damage.   The commercial hub is considered one of the busiest shopping centers in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Keystone Structural Group, in conjunction with Miller Rosentel Associates, were requested by the shopping center ownership team to conduct structural survey inspections, assessment reports, repair plans and specifications for recoverable buildings.  KSG’s engineers were able to quickly determine structural soundness of the damaged buildings and provide the shopping center owner with plans to rapidly repair and reopen.

Eco House – Shelter Island, NY

Our Eco House project, located off the coast of the Peconic River, between the North and South forks in Long Island, New York is complete. This spectacular project included a 2,025 sf main building with a 1,400 sf stand alone pool house. The project is green and includes electric car charging stations, solar panels, radiant heated floors and steel cantilevered canopies that provide shade on hot summer days.

Keystone Structural Group provided structural engineering services for this project.  The main superstructure of house is constructed out of concrete, the facades articulated by design to create a pattern, but mostly used for rapidity of construction, durability, and ease of upkeep. The upper portion of the Pool house is cladded with Cedar horizontal variable width and depths siding boards.
