Best Cigar Prices, of Drums, PA, has expanded their e-commerce cigar facility. This new project included a 3,000 sf full access retail store and lounge addition to the existing 25,000 sf facility.
The addition super-structure consists of a hybrid of structural steel and cold-formed steel stud bearing walls and joists. The foundation is supported via a shallow concrete spread footing system.
