The Waksman Institute of Microbiology project is a new three-story addition to the Braun Laboratory. The institute, located in Piscataway, New Jersey, is expanding its research program by adding state of the art, open-concept, laboratory and support space.
Keystone Structural Group provided design and engineering of the buildings gravity and lateral steel-to-steel connections and also provided support to the steel fabricator during erection. The buildings lateral system was comprised of steel moment frames.
