David G. Phillips, P.E.
As Managing Partner of KSG, David is responsible for executive management, decision making, client services, leadership building and strategic direction of the firm. David takes an active role in all projects and actively engages with architects, owners and contractors in order to maximize the quality of the firms work. David’s main focus is to build long-term client relationships by ensuring all project designs are as cost-effective as possible, organized, efficiently executed and on schedule. He is also active with identifying and engaging emerging markets within the architectural/engineering industry.
Throughout his career, he has been recognized and highly regarded by his peers and clients for his attention to detail and expertise. David has established himself as a building code and specification writing expert. His willingness to seek out innovative solutions has been the difference in making many marginal projects financially viable.
Anthony P. Shulde, P.E.
As a Partner of KSG, Tony is responsible for financial and strategic day-to-day operations and acts as lead engineer and project manager on multiple concurrent projects. Throughout his career, Tony has established himself an innovative leader clients rely on for his design and field expertise.
Tony has served as the lead structural engineer, project manager and field engineer on both small and large projects. In addition to new buildings, he is experienced with major renovations and construction management services. Tony is an expert in the design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, modular construction, timber framing, masonry, and precast concrete. Tony is highly knowledgeable in structural analysis, structural materials and foundation engineering.
Daniel J. Horn, P.E.
As a Partner of KSG, Dan is responsible for business development and acts as lead engineer and project manager on multiple concurrent projects. Throughout his career, Dan has been recognized as an accomplished team-oriented project manager with diverse experience as structural engineer.
Dan has served as the lead structural engineer and project manager on projects ranging from small unique structures to large complex buildings. Dan’s strong technical skills has allowed him to build a strong portfolio of projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico; including K-12 academic facilities, university dorms, hospitals and healthcare facilities, recreation centers, research laboratories, corporate office buildings, retro-fits of existing buildings, industrial facilities and residences.
