Royersford Commons Apartments — Royersford, PA

KSG Engineers is proud to have served as the structural engineer for the new Royersford Commons Apartments, a vibrant new multi-family development located along Main Street in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Recently completed and now open to residents, the project transforms a previously underutilized site into a modern residential community that contributes to the ongoing revitalization of the borough’s downtown corridor.

Working in collaboration with Architectural team and Burkey Construction, KSG provided complete structural design services for the apartment building, including the foundation systems, framing design, and lateral load-resisting systems. The team’s coordinated approach resulted in a cost-effective and durable structure that met project deadlines and long-term performance objectives.

The completed development offers residents high-quality apartments with contemporary finishes, thoughtful amenities, and convenient access to town shops.  The project exemplifies KSG’s continued commitment to reinforcing our clients’ vision through practical, buildable engineering solutions that strengthen the communities we serve.
