When complete, 741 Spring Garden St, in Philadelphia, PA, will be a 7-story mixed-use total totaling 100,000 square feet.  The project includes commercial space on the ground level and 146  apartments units on the upper levels of the building.

Working closely with the architect and foundation engineer, Keystone Structural Group was design engineer of record for the wood framed upper levels of the project, including elevator tower design.
