The Monmouth Service Area building incorporates a Jersey Shore theme with beach, boardwalk, and nautical design elements throughout. The newly built 15,800 square foot service area accommodates seating for 150 guests inside, with outdoor patio seating available for more than three dozen. 

Keystone Structural Group provided design and engineering of the buildings gravity and lateral steel-to-steel connections and also provided support to the steel fabricator during erection.  The buildings lateral system was comprised of steel moment frames.
