Richland 315 will feature a new glass office building totaling 53,000 SF of class A office space.  This project will be located in a prominent location between Scranton, PA and Wilkes-Barre, PA and will offer panoramic views of the Wyoming Valley.

Keystone Structural Group provided structural engineering services for this project.  The superstructure features a steel frame with masonry shear stair and elevator tower walls used to resist lateral forces.
