This project is new standalone restaurant totaling 6,500 square feet.  The building structure is steel framed with w-shape rolled beams and columns, CMU walls and open web steel joists.  The building foundation is shallow concrete spread footing system bearing on sub-grade that has been improved via a Geopier rammed aggregate pier system.
